Assassination Missions
Most assassination contracts appear on your map. It'll be a pigeon coop, same as you use to send your brotherhood assassins on missions, but when you interact, you'll have an additional menu option named "Missions". Select that to begin the mission. Periodically, you'll have to head to Bartolomeo's pad and talk to his wife to make more missions appear.

Also note that two of the missions show up at the pigeon coop above Ezio's hideout, even though the icon never indicates that that coop has missions. If you run out of icons but still have missions to do, check the coop at Ezio's hideout.

Most courtesan assignments appear on your map. Periodically, you'll have to head to the Rose in Fiore along the western edge of the map and talk to Ezio's mom to get more missions added to your map.

Most thief assignments appear on your map. Periodically, you'll have to head to the thieves guild in the southwest corner of the map and talk to La Volpe to get more missions added to your map.

During the main story progression, you'll play the mission Outgunned which is an introduction to Leonardo's War Machines mission. There are three more to complete.
Before each, you'll need to complete a brief "war plans" assassination to get directions to the mission.

Starting the challenges will award you with a discount when hiring Mercenaries.

Destroy 5 scaffolds by throwing guards into them.
Kill 25 Brutes. (Very Armored Troops)
Kill 25 Papal guards.
Kill 25 guards while on Horseback.

Complete 5 to get the Mercenary Guild Crest for display at Ezio's Hideout.

Air assassinate 10 guards that are on horseback.
10 Double assassinations.
Disarm and kill 5 guards with their own weapons.

Thieves Guild Challenges

Starting the challenges will award you with a discount when hiring Thieves.

Challenges
Send 10 Thief groups to lure guards.
Sprint 300 meters without being interrupted.
Jump 20 times from a horse to a beam.
Perform 40 Leaps of faith.
Perform a dive from a height of 25 meters.

Complete 5 for hired Thieves will pickpocket people + Thieves Guild Crest

Pickpocket 250 florins.
Glide a cumulative total of 500 meters with the parachute.
Kill 25 guards with a ranged weapon.
Air assassinate 5 guards from a beam.

Reward : La Volpe's Bite


Courtesans Guild Challenges

Starting the challenges will award you with a discount when hiring Courtesans.

Challenges
Send 10 Courtesan groups to distract guards.
Evade 10 enemies using the crowd and other hide spots.
Kill 20 enemies stationed at Guard Posts using the crossbow, without being detected.
Commandeer 10 horses belonging to guards without killing the rider.
Hide 5 dead bodies in wells or haystacks.

Complete 5 for hired Courtesans will poison guards + Courtesan Guild Crest

Poison 15 guards.
Kill 20 guards while they are stunned by smoke bomb smoke.
Assassinate 10 guards from behind.
Assassinate 5 guards from blend spots.

not a problem, I'm just searching any info about those weapons, maybe any one knows something about it, besides how to unlock scimitar, it's easiest weapon to unlock.
