CrocWorks' Fire Emblem TMS Mod: Performa Overhaul

Description
Have you ever played Civ 5 Fire Emblem, reached the Industrial Era, and realized all of the Fire Emblem flavor dies out since FE by nature is a "Medieval" Fantasy? Sounds like it's TMS#FE to the rescue; introducing the Performa Overhaul mod by CrocWorks, bringing Fire Emblem and Tokyo Mirage Session mechanics into Civ 5's late game!

Now officially recognized as part of "The Emblem Project" universe. (Thanks, Kobe!)

Update 8/18/2020 (this balance change is v2 of the mod in case people prefer the old balance)
-updates not reflected in screenshots yet

Added lua code to allow AI units to obtain their own Melmarks (since AI almost never purchases items).
Removed Weapon Triangle support for Bomber and Fighter Mirage units because it was causing a bug where they would receive ground promotions instead of air promotions.
Buffed the Blackscale Rider Mirage (bomber unit) from Ranged CS 39 to 42.
Buffed the Idolasphere Gate national wonder from providing 3 Performa to 5 Performa and made it improve military production by 10%.
Nerfed the Idol Promotion tech so that Vending Machines receive only 1 additional culture at that tech instead of 2.
Buffed the Vocaloid Technology tech so that Vending Machines now receive an additional 3 culture at that tech.
Moved the Carabia Jewelry world wonder from the Idol Promotion tech to the Concert Logistics tech.
Minor text error fixes.

Update 7/7/2020
Fixed a bug that was sometimes forcing Mirage Medeus to embark on water. Mirage Medeus should now always fly over water or land. (This was done by changing him to DOMAIN_SEA, so internally he is treated as a flying boat instead of a flying land unit)

In this mod:

Two new late-game World Congress proposals: "Perform the Opera of Shadow" and "Perform the Opera of Light." One favors warlike civs and the other favors peaceful civs.

Multiple new late era technologies to balance out the added technologies other FE mods created for the early game.

Multiple new Buildings, National Wonders, and World Wonders.

A new late-game improvement: Vending Machine, providing some culture and gold while also allowing units to slightly heal when starting their turn on one in exchange for some gold.

Two new strategic resources: Performa and Melmarks which are obtained through buildings or other means, starting in the Renaissance and Modern Eras respectively.

New Mirage Military units: scattered throughout the Renaissance Era onward, these units permanently consume a Performa resource, but civs receive a Performa resource upon killing another Mirage unit. Mirage units generally are stronger than their contemporaries, but take significantly longer to promote into the next unit (on average 1.5 to 2 eras of techs), and also have a horrible matchup against cities.

Thank you to Xeminus for helping playtest and debug this mod.

Thank you to everyone at https://discord.gg/bCvvftW for your support in getting this mod running. Come visit if you want to see what else we are working on, or if you have any questions.

Thank you to the TMS fans at https://discord.gg/hC2Ve2U for helping me fill in a few gaps in my memory regarding TMS's plot and for providing information to reference.

Thank you to FrostFireSoul for extracting Tiki's voice line from Dragalia Lost for the Vocaloid Technology quote.

Thank you to Kobazco, Kiang, and Chrisy15 for answering questions on lua, modelling, and other coding questions.

Thank you to Kobazco and Kiang for letting me borrow and modify art assets from their mods for use in the unit alphas and for the skins of the Mage Mirage, Pegasus Mirage, Wyvern Mirage, and Mirage Medeus.

All other artwork came from official Nintendo or Atlus sources. Nintendo owns the Fire Emblem side and Atlus owns the TMS side (at least I think that's how it works?). I'm just a fan who wanted to see it in Civ 5.

Tech grid coordinates, eh? Good to know! I'll try it!

I also haven't played the Beyond the Future mod, but looking at it now I would guess it's fine. If you do try both together, let me know, as I'm curious myself. I've never seen a mod add so many slots to the end of the tech tree and I'm not sure how the game handles the tech grid coordinates in that case.

I do know that this mod is compatible with the new technologies added in the "Kiang's Fire Emblem Religions" mod and in Kobazco's "Emblem Project" mod, so as long as technologies aren't taking up the same slots I'm pretty sure it's fine.

Oh? so tech mods can be compatible if they stay out of each others way?
So is this compatible with Beyond the future?

I hadn't played with the Enlightenment Era mod before, but looking at it now, I think there are conflicts, as the new technologies in this mod have specific spots on the grid for the tech tree that I think the Enlightenment mod also uses.

I'm not quite sure if this mod is compatible with the Enligtenment Era mod...

Great Mod though

God I hate theming bonuses. Its so annoying to micromanage great works. I never even knew about it for the longest time. Do people actually micromanage great works for theming bonuses?
