This is a combined data mod which includes the mods below:

Independent Architecture - By St. Michaels

This is a reupload of the Independent Architecture + Buildable Roads combined data mod since buildable roads and this combo mod have disappeared from the workshop.

(Buildable Roads lets you place road terrain like building a wall. They are free to build.)

I am not sure what version of IA this is, but it can't be the newest one because the file size is smaller.

I cannot credit the original author because I don't know who made it.
