why is it so quiet? even when boosting the game volume to max in the settings it's barely audible

When I opened the game I thought the music was a bit too creepy for a main menu theme that you'll have to hear everytime you open the game or in the main menu, this is basically the perfect replacement for me as also a Fallout NV fan, thanks mate!
