No but like seriously I can't figure out what it does, I've tried countering moves with it, but it doesn't seem to be a counter, unless I was unlucky af and I missed everytime.......
Like, it would be nice if you could add just some basic explanation of what the moves do in the description or the Info box in Rivals, NVM I just checked the info square and yeah I know what it does now lol it's basically a movement / recovery tool.

where is sandbags final smash

This character is ballanced other then one huge problem. In ssf2 chaingrabs were okay! because it was pretty hard to pull off and they didnt have as much movement freedom. But when your throw is both movement, and sends right where sandbag lands in front of, because there isnt lag on that its spammable and allows for some characters to be unable to play the game, holding them in hitstun. this happened to me as Etalus granted, but please give that move some startup or endlag more then it already has please!!

ok. so side b has so little lag and lands the opponent directly in front of you. allowing you to infinately chain side b off into the blast zone pretty much. PLEASE make that move have some lag or change the angle. i cant escape :(
