At the moment most naga models look the way you see in the video, in all Old Zones and Cata ones. While I know that doesn't matter for most of you because it is not in the current expansion so it won't affect you, it takes all the immersive the game has in those zones and looks like a low-budget video game, not THE World of Warcraft from THE Blizzard. Not to say many quests in Vash'jir are glitched/bugged.

Everybody's all about the awesomeness of the coming Shadowlands leveling experience, but there's so much stuff that needs fixing in these zones and they won't bother themselves with it. Their way of fixing the zones is giving people the option to only play in the former expansion and then go to the actual one, and also giving the option to never play the old starting zones again, but a new one. They don't fix them, they recycle them. New players will completely "dodge" all the old stuff, so they won't need to fix them anyway.

Don't get me wrong, I love what they will do in Shadowlands. I would have done the same thing if I were in charge. I just hate that all the old stuff gets forgotten and never touched again. All I want is to be able to play and experience the content the way it was supposed to be experienced. And Blizzard does not fix that stuff, they remove it. Just like they did with the Vashj'ir intro cutscene. Completely removed it to not bother fixing a bug it had.
