Archmage, mage, and handmaiden's entrepreneur trait reverted to 3% faction wide and 30% local province.

Archmage and mage's administrator trait reverted to -30% construction cost and time.

Do not use if you are lactose intolerant.

Sadly the modder haven't worked on any mods since 2020, here's hoping someone else who still plays TWWH2 might create a similar mod or make this one work.
