Total Distortion "You Are Dead" Death Music

Description
Death music using the game over song from Total Distortion.
Replaces leftfordeath, death, leftfordeathhit and their l4d1 variants.

I probably spent too much time on this.
Or maybe not enough, because those screenshots suck.

The video doesn't show the L4D1 versions because those are essentially the same thing, but shorter and with a piano in the intro instead of... whatever L4D2 uses.
