Startup Procedure
1). Turn on the battery
2). Turn on the left, right, and aft fuel pumps
3). Turn on the APU switch and start the APU
4). Open the engine fuel cutoffs
5). Start the left and right engines
6). Turn off the APU switch

This plane has a safety system that keeps the pilot from setting the throttle below safe limits while in flight. This will disable itself once the plane is on the ground
