No Tech Quest

Opis
Removes the obstacle courses for getting tech. Just talk to him once and you are done.

Added a second quest after the first, so that quest #6 is completed and mods that extend the quest line can be used

Added support for Phase Shift Tech quest
Added support for Elithian Races

Can you add a fix so that the lacking tech mod works with this one? It unlocks after the leg tech, instead of the head tech.

this mod just prevented me from getting the tech i talked to the guy and looked for the tech in the console but there was nothing

It appears that this mod does not work if you have already accepted one of the tech quests prior installing the mod....

It would be better to completely skip the quests and equip the player with tech from the beginning
