Space Engineers clearly is missing a few more armor block variants. Sure, there are a lot of great mods for that. But what if I told you that you can get them in vanilla without any mods?

This is a blueprint of a single vanilla armor block, it is merely artificially deformed to look like this.
You can just copy paste it in from your blueprints. Since deformation is kinda weird, you should definitely do that last, because if you place blocks next to it, the deformation will go away. Also, try to avoid placing it next to armor blocks and in such a way that the distorted parts are not connected to anything. Sometimes it works, sometimes it just distorts, nothing I can do about it.

This block is actually the Half Light Armor Block (slab), has full integrity and all the stats from that block, it's just a bit deformed.

It is airtight just like a normal catwalk panel.



Now with even more variations:
-diagonal
-2 block long diagonal
-3 block long diagonal
-4 block long diagonal
-centered
-triangle 1x1
-triangle 2x1 (both sides)
-half panel

Armour panels didn't exist in the game before this was released
However, even now this is worth having for some of the panels that still are not in vanilla, vanilla has no centred panel or long diagonal panels for example

No, only option in a survival world is to spawn it in with creative tools (alt+f10).

Sorry to bother you with more of the same, would it be possible to create a triangle version? I think that would be very useful for painting diagonal shapes on flat surfaces. (Would be great for creating hazard stripe patterns and so on)
