Born under a Star

Description
Many of us probably have fond memories when the Lux Stella event triggers in our campaigns. Finally - a worthy heir!

This mod introduces the Born under a Star event. It's similar to Lux Stella, only with women. Hooray! I've also expanded upon the event for male heirs and given it a wider range of names.

If you want to cheat your way to this event, all you need to do is open the console and type in:
event born_under_a_star_f.1 for a female heir and event born_under_a_star_m.1 for a male heir

Not sure is that been fix but Male heir with this console event born_under_a_star_m.1 cant be Defender of the faith - its still seen as feame ruler ?

Found the issue and fixed it. I had apparently made some assumptions that were wrong when I added historical names for the tag SWE :)

I've also added historical names for ENG/GRB

after the update, the event pops up but there are no options to choose from
