Transparent Political Mapmode

Description
Semi-Translucent Map mode (all modes)
Nothing too overt, just a nice tasteful amount of transparency applied to all mapmodes.

This mod will never break no matter the patch or update, unlike other similar.
No update needed, ever.

Of course, it still works for Domination. Try it and see.

No dependencies.

I think only the political map needs transparency. Adding transparency to the terrain makes the ground turn from green to brown, especially in jungle areas.
