1 Turn Research (Player Only) All DLC's

Description
This will reduce the turn count to 1 turn for any tech you want, the AI is left with the standard length of time it takes to research anything. Should work for the DLC's too. This will work on any difficulty level too.

Updated with custom effect so should have no compatibility issues with any other mods.

So first of all, I appreciate the mod! I've noticed there are a lot of 1-turn research mods around and this one is nice because it's explicitly player only. I've wondered for a while, is it possible instead to make a mod where the arts trees can simply be worked on simultaneously? Like where you select something in each tree to research? The research time isn't that big of a deal to me, but choosing between military or economy is just stupid to me, especially because military is objectively more useful in vanilla.
