[BTE] Themis

Description
A large prisoner transport vessel. The airlock can only be accessed with special access cards to prevent prison breaks. Command can only be easily accessed via monorail. It uses a Mobile Railgun Platform on top of it as its main defense weapon.

You don't need BTE
certain features like hydrogen tanks have been recreated

I would like to Thank Chiko for helping me get the monorail file sadly he lost half of his brain cells during this.
