Simple and effective!

Optional:
- Use a traffic manager to assign lanes properly for better flow, cars coming off the highway should give way to traffic already on the 4-lane street. Consider a small (4 units radius is my pref size) roundabout if traffic gets too bad
- Use a terrain tool to smoothen out the ground where the 4-lane street dips below the highway
