Administrative Complex Redux [RETIRED MOD]

Description
Mod that allows players to build the never officially added Administrative Complex (tier 3 bureaucracy building). Not for balance, just for people who want an entire ecumenopolis full of pencil pushers.

Due to this mod being made redundant by the latest version of Stellaris, I have retired maintenance of the mod. I am leaving it up for "legacy" purposes and for anyone who needs it for an earlier version.

I decided to talk to the dev myself, and he is now far too busy, with future plans for going into medical school. He has hereby authorized anyone to take over his content.

Yes, it was updated for 3.0.*

Is this mod usable for 3.0.3?

Ah yeah, if you're playing a hive mind they have different sets of buildings all together. The Machine Empires has a set of T1, T2, and T3 buildings on it's own already; the Uplink Node, the Network Junction, and the System Conflux. Those are what you'll want to build for your Admin Cap.

I don't have the t1 and t2 buildings you mentioned. I wonder if it's part of a DLC I don't have. I have several, but not all of the DLC.
It could also be the races I've been playing. One save I was running as a cybernetic species (tried to make the borg, and really can't but I came as close as the game lets me). The second game I've been playing was a machine race I created called skynet, the whole nuked their creators and purge the galaxy sort of thing.
When I feel up to it, I'll try playing as a "normal" race and see if any of the administrative buildings you mentioned are available. I have some uplink thingy on the machine race I'm playing, but those things eat energy credits like they're going out of style, and for some reason none of the planets I'm finding have very many generator districts available on them. Another RNJesus thing I suppose as no primitive races have shown up either, although it was set at maximum in the options.

You’re welcome. There was code a few builds back that made it show up as an unlock for Galactic Bureaucracy but there was a messed up trigger so players couldn’t actually build it, and then paradox took it out all together lol. That’s why I made this mod to begin with because I wanted it back after having tweaked the code to let me use it.

I wondered when the unlock would come around. Thanks MM for the information

The T1 and T2 buildings are already in the game though, the Administrative Offices and the Administrative Park. The Administrative Offices are a default building and the Administrative Park is unlocked by Colonial Bureaucracy, which has a prerequisite of Adaptive Bureaucracy. I just double checked and it'll show up when you get Galactic Bureaucracy.

Oh, and having to pray to RNJesus just to HOPE that tech does come up is also a large source of....well....rage? yeah, I'll go with rage....

@Machina Mystica I just started a fresh game, played for at least 12 hours (not planned, but you know how time disappears when playing...). I checked once I saw your message and the tech hasn't come up yet, and that's two separate games with 12 hours in each - one from last night and one from the night before. So, I can't even see if the mod works because I can't get the tech to come up. Add to that, on both saves I'm WAY over my admin cap (308/120 on my latest game).
T3 buildings are all well and good, but is there anything to do for earlier in the game, some T1 and T2 buildings perhaps? Something? Admin cap is so horribly broken in stellaris, literally everything increases sprawl, and the only building I can find that I do have uses a crazy amount of energy credits to run. Ugh......this is why I got fed up and stopped playing for a while in the first place.

Sorry if it's a bit ranty, I'm just incredibly frustrated over this. The lack of balance is maddening...
