Homusubi's Manchukuo (Nobusuke Kishi)

Description
Manchukuo, also known as Manshukoku and Manzhouguo, was a puppet state created in 1932 by Japan out of the three historic provinces of Manchuria (northeastern China). After the Russo-Japanese War (1904–05), Japan gained control of the Russian-built South Manchurian Railway, and its army established a presence in the region; expansion there was seen as necessary for Japan’s status as an emerging world power. In 1931 the Japanese army created an excuse to attack Chinese troops there, and in 1932 Manchukuo was proclaimed an “independent” state. The last Qing emperor was brought out of retirement and made Manchukuo’s ruler, but the state was actually rigidly controlled by the Japanese, who used it as their base for expansion into Asia. An underground guerrilla movement composed of Manchurian soldiers, armed civilians, and Chinese communists opposed the occupying Japanese, many of whom had come over to settle in the new colony. After Japan’s defeat in 1945 the settlers were repatriated.

MANCHUKUO - NOBUSUKE KISHI

UA - MAN-GYO
During a Golden Age, buildings (other than Wonders) are constructed 50% faster than usual. Incoming International Trade Routes produce Golden Age points for both civilisations.

UU - KANTOGUN
Eeplaces the Great War Infantry. For the first three turns after declaring an offensive war on another major civ, all Kantogun units can use enemy routes and ignore Zone of Control. Earns Science from kills, with kills earned further away from the nearest Manchukuo city yielding more Science.

UB - SEITETSUSHO
Replaces the Factory. Workers can be expended in cities with a Seitetsusho to hurry Production. The amount of Production the city receives when expending a Worker is linked to the number of turns it would take to train a new one in the Capital.

The war crimes committed by and under the leadership of Manchukuo before and during the Pacific War are an undeniable part of history, and I refuse to associate with those who deny, or worse, excuse, such crimes.

That must be another WWII civ

This is dedicated to one of Hearts of Iron IV's playable countries: Manchukuo, which can be later known as Qing China if it decides to embark on its Assertiveness path that can possibly restore the Chinese monarchy and undo the damage that has been done by the Xinhai Revolution
