install it and open this file in C\ProgramFiles(x86)\steam\steamapps\common\left 4 dead 2\left4dead2\addons\workshop
open with GCFScape and drag floder name"media" to C:\Program Files (x86)\steam\steamapps\common\left 4 dead 2\left4dead2
if it ask just cick yes or yes to all
i am sorry for sub if you not like
you can use it to l4d2 background by rename it to
l4d2_background01

This sub is Thailand version you can fine english sub somewhere in workshop (i not working on l4d2 mod anymore) also you can use original version made by ene http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=188380483 (no sub) (both are same video)
