The UEFA State - Revolution in the european clubs competitions

Description
From 2013 on, there will be no more professional clubs competition in Europe other than the UEFA and Euro leagues / cups.

Leagues :
1 UEFA Golden League (L1) - 16 teams
2 UEFA Silver Leagues (L2) - 32 teams
4 UEFA Bronze Leagues (L3) - 64 teams
8 Euro Pro One (E1) - 128 teams
16 Euro Pro Two (E2) - 256 teams
16 Euro Pro Three (E3) - 256 teams
16 Euro Access (EA) - 256 teams
In total, 63 leagues. Each league consists of 16 teams.
1008 teams participate to the new UEFA Clubs competitions.

Cups:
UEFA League Cup (C1) - with all 7 UEFA leagues (112 teams)
Euro League Cup (C2) - with all Euro Leagues (896 teams)
European Cups' Winner Cup - one match C1-C2 played in August of the next season
UEFA Charity Shield - one match C1-L1 played in August of the next season

Hey there. How can I change the fact, that all players (except registered 32) cannot play in reserve matches and U21 matches? All are classified as unregistered. Makes no sence that your junior can't get any matches ---> no improvements.

@neworder. This is a tough question. It depends on how you setup the cup. If it is a simple cup with direct elimination, the number of teams can be only 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256, 512 and so on. If you want to play with groups, you may have other number of teams. You should write this question to the FM2014 editor forum. There are many people to support you with advanced knowledge.

@oaziris. Je n'ai pas changé ces réglages. Probablement ça doit être resté mais il faudrait vérifier, j'en suis pas certain.

Please help me i love your idea of a UEFA-STATE and i trie to do one similar but with less clubs and more cups. The difficult is when i try create a cup with 448 teams the editor puts always 256, and i see that u create a cup with 896 teams. Can u tell me how do you do this?

Et aussi, est-ce qu'il y a des récompenses par championnat genre "joueurs du mois", "entraienur du mois" de l'année etc..

Bravo pour ton boulot, je viens de commencer une partie ça relance un peu mon intéret qui commencait à tourner en rond dans les championnats classiques.
Mais j'ai une question, les joueurs peuvent-ils acquérir la nationalité "UEFA State" ?

Oh, I didn't mean I like Dortmund, or dislike your work. It really is well thought out. It's just not how I would have organised the groups. It is a lot of work, this.

Oui merci j'ai enfin trouvé. C'est juste énorme comme création, j'admire ta patience pour le faire, ca relance l'interet du jeu ( plus de 1000h de jeu depuis la sortie...).

@Steve, I took the official UEFA 2013-2013 clubs ranking, then arranged them in the groups in such a way that every country has at least one club in the top 3 leagues. Please take a look to the excel file in the link above. If you like Dortmund, play them until they win the L1, this is the fun also :)
