Gm_Flatmix_V3

Description
This is the third revision of Gm_Flatmix. It is mainly a build-focused map. It features:

-Large, flat building areas.
-Complete railroad tracks that are compatible with PHX props.
-Retractable structures. Make the area completely flat, have all of the structures available, or something in between.
-A train construction room.
-Underground sewers and rooms. (Would be interesting for an RP "Underground".)
-A large water area.

This is an older map of mine and I'm sure there are errors that I have not caught. If you find any, please let me know and I will fix them. I just need to find my .vmfs.....

*Note* Press 'E' on the manhole covers around the map or use the stairs in the train room to get to the underground.

All my trains stop at all the slopes 'cause they're too steep. Other than that, great map!
