A Long Haul: the Metra Rush Hour Flipback

It is late 1996 on the BN (now BNSF) racetrack. Burlington Northern and Sante Fe astonished the railroading world by announcing their merger a few months ago, and locomotives painted in 'pumpkin power' orange are just beginning to arrive. F40PH-3s are relatively new on the scene, having just replaced the BN E9AMs, and now working alongside F40PHM-2s. It is a busy Friday night in the middle of summer, and you have drawn the 'long haul' duty for today. First, you will depart Chicago's Union Station, and make stops at Berwyn, Harlem, Riverside, Hollywood, Brookfield, and Congress Park. At Congress Park, you will switch ends, into the cab car, and deadhead back to Chicago. Load passengers and you've got a highball for Downer's Grove, some 30 miles away. Both frequent-stop commuter service and long stretches of 70mph running are featured in this 90-minute scenario.
