Hue City Redux

This is based on PsychoPigeon's VNSU-HueCity_Redux done with permission

The Citadel wall has been modified, with a smaller cap zone and more room on the northern approach to flank around it, hopefully this will alleviate some of the pressure for the U.S team normally associated with this bottleneck.
There is some more optimization on the level, and the number of RPG/LMGs/M79s roles has been slightly reduced to lessen the spam.
Also fixed some errors on the map.
