Junker mk I

This, ladies and gentlemen, is the Junker. It's a basic warp capable starter SV, L10 unlock. Designed this to get off the starter planet on the server I play on.

There needs to be a couple CPU Extenders added to raise the 33% CPU Efficiency, and I've done that with Mk II and Mk III -- haven't published those yet. Mk II is a L12 unlock, and Mk III just has better weapons and jets.
