Asphalt

Description
Add a new road type, Asphalt.

Known issues:
- Fences and walls try to connect to the asphalt tiles and do not recognize it as a floor
- Bots path-finding algorithm currenly avoids asphalt tiles despite being walkable

honestly, the fact that the pathfinding avoids asphalt tiles could be useful...
