所有物种特质上限增加至8，初始特质点数翻倍。机器人人口由0 -> 2

Trait picks for all archetypes increased to 8. Initial trait points doubled. Adds 2 to robot pops.

机器人因为原本是0所以没翻倍，但貌似和肉人科技出来的机器人是共通的，现在+2测试一下。
