Marshal Playermodel

Another playermodel, requested/wanted by a friend! This time it's Marshal, woohoo!
Still adding some things such as bodygroups for clothing.

KEEP IN MIND THAT THIS IS -VERY- BUGGY. It'll get better over time, after some updates. I'm quite new to modelling, and I've never made a playermodel before. However, don't report the obvious bugs, I know about them. I'm currently working to fix them!
