TTT_Interloper(Redesign

I was dissatisfied with the unfinished and rushed state of ttt_Interloper so I decided to add more content and fix up some buildings, I still wanted to keep the nature and some of the buildings.

-Added a new combine-ish section at the exit tunnel.
-Added Mounted AR2 at Combine section overlooking the road.
-Revamped the bar (New Textures!)
-Added thunder
-Added roof access to most buildings
-Added a backdoor and more shelves to store.
-More player spawns (16 in total)
-Added small shack over the pit
