1.3 / royalty / ideology update

- RE-ADDED HERD TAG, which apparently STILL wasn't included in the base game
- Simple trainability tag seems to have been removed from the game, so for now it's set to none.
- Wildness decreased, 0.6 > 0.2
- Pet-likeness increased, 0.3 > 0.8
- Life expectancy increased, 4 > 6
- Hunger-rate increased, 0.1 > 0.2
- Reduced comfortable temperature range (-15c to 46c > 5c to 35c)
- Litter size ranges from 1-4 instead of 1-2

3: 25.0%
4: 12.5%

Other:
- Base game reduced Gestation Period from 10 (mine) to 6.66 days, re-upped to 10 days
- Group size (3-8), nuzzle time (24hr) were implemented into base game

* Someone felt the need to completely change how races were organized in the game files and instead of being part of 'farm' animals (now doesn't exist), Guinea Pigs are in the 'cats' file (??????). It's a disaster in there. I don't know why it was changed.

Fixes Guinea Pigs to be more accurate to real-life, as best as possible.

- Shorter gestation period
- Larger possible groups
- Increased hunger rate
- Now considered a herd animal (stays together)
- Reduced nuzzle interval time
- Suitable temperature changes, reduced range
- Trainability increased to 'Simple', allowing Guinea Pigs to follow masters
- Removed manhunter on failed tame, added manhunter on damage
- Decreased wildness, increased petlike-ness
- Life expectancy increased
