AM's Knights build forts

Description


Changes fort building pre-tech to MILITARY_ENGINEERING and allows knights to built fort (Castles) on map. Each Knight unit gets one charge. Forts should now appear more often in game.

I also changed Oxford Univerity pre-tech to education as this was built before 1100AD.

HISTORY:
Major castles began appearing shortly after the Norman Conquest of England in 1077AD. Some castles were built by Knights and Knight orders; an example of such being Malbork Castle in Germany built by the Teutonic Knights.

This doesn't work for Mandelaku Cavalry and Tagmas, which replace the Knight

Yes, but it wasn't just the Teutonic knights that built Castles, other knight orders did as well, such as the French Knights Templar who built castles throughout France and the holy lands.

Thank's for this mod, but tbh this should have been included in Germany's special ability ...
