Already knew how, but saw this and might as well mention. I'm using an OUYA controller and it works great once you re-assign the keys in the game's menu (not using any third party apps like Xpadder, just PJMonsters. Great controller support in this game).

Xbox360 files then , dotnet4, dx, C+. Copy in files
