US 2020 Ultra Realism 1.3.1

1.3.1 update. May 12th....

overall major adjustment to the US inventory, this update has some minor tweaks to US inventory compared to previous version. Adjusted ranges to be a little more accurate

China, Russia, European nations all saw major updates to unit files.
Areas of focus were the Aircraft of these nations, some ground systems, like MBTs, APCs etc, most of China's stuff is someone else's(how ironic) so by updating Russia China saw the benefit from that.

Added a lot of near future combat systems

The change list is so vast I couldn't possibly begin to list all the changes, I estimate that I spent 50hrs working on this over the past week and I could have spent 3 times that trying to accurately document what specifically changed.

Once again I will say this is as accurate an inventory as you are going to find. I attempted to make this in a scenario to upload but had some trouble getting the right cache file selected, Sorry for those that multiple player, I'm sure this makes it a little difficult. Just back up your originals, its not hard to pop files in and out when wanting to make changes.
