The mods folder is for 90% in:
C:\Users\*your name*\AppData\Roaming\Axolot Games\Scrap Mechanic\User\User_SomeNumbers\Mods
or if you can not find AppData: %appdata%\Roaming\Axolot Games\Scrap Mechanic\User\User_SomeNumbers\Mods
(You can type it in Explorer or Search!)
