HLA Zombie RNG Coat Test

this is a rng test.

Dead zombies will always have blue coat, this can't be fixed, every rng mod suffers from this when used on npc's.

I don't think you need original mod for texture fix.

This mod may not work if you have original mod installed because of overlapping materials from the other mod.

i am rushing this, sorry is there is bugs.

There shouldn't be any crashes related to too many decals on model.

There isn't any PBR for performence reasons.
