Special Weapons Category Changes

Description
Modifies all melee 'Special' category items to fit into existing categories. Dawn of Dragons DLC is required! Only applies to newly generated items!

Changes Flails into Whips, but reduces damage by 30%.
Changes Monster Slayer into a Whip, but reduces damage by 35%.
Changes Demon Bracer into a Fist weapon.
