i cant seem to supply the German artillery with shells they are useless after using all the shells

so when i loaded the mod and started it, i could move about but couldnt use or access any of the german units, they were marked as allies only

no bugs or anything negative. just that the mission doesnt end after i killed everyone

cant access any of the german units !!!!
cant do anything as the mod is broken.
