STAR WARS - Homing Spider Laser Cannon SWEP

Description
This is a weapon, not an entity, model or otherwise!
This swep was designed to be used by Gamemakers on CWRP servers to emulate the laser cannon of a Homing Spider Droid when an entity or NPC is unavailable and so they must use a prop or a dupe.

Left click or right click to shoot. They do the same thing.
Deals 1 damage every 0.01 seconds that the beam is held over an entity.

Point and shoot. Sounds are from this addon and so is the laser effect code but the rest was written (or rather re-written) by hand.
