Yes. Models will get updated, but as long as you have all the relevant mods (in the list) It runs fine.

Download it and enable it in the list and disable the original one, and then save the game, after it's loaded and running, so that the BoC mod you added is now in the list and not the original one.

I've just run it. Are you sure that you've installed the BoC mod correctly?
You have to disable the original BoC mod and simply enable the manually installed BoC mod uploaded from your pc and it will work.
(Also ensure that all the required mods listed are/have been enabled)
