Description
A complete space for your staff including:

* a break room for your employees
* a veterinary practice
* a quarantine area
* a workshop
* a research center
* a healer's hut

In addition to this you will find a solar panel and a water treatment system.

Everything is pleasantly hidden by the vegetation and will fit perfectly into your zoos. A waterfall is also present to make the place more pleasant.

Cost: $ 25,880

Note: the set is surrounded by an invisible fence which you will remove. This allows to have the ground as I terraformed it.
