Welcome to Svalbard!

Svalbard is a Norwegian archipelago in the Arctic Ocean discovered around 1600 and has been visited and settled by Russians, French, Dutch and Danish as well as Norwegians where they enjoyed the lawlessness of the remote islands. Later on, coal deposits were discovered, bringing mining companies and law to the islands. Since then, Svalbard has been a very calm place, even making it through WWII without much disturbance, however that has just changed.

Svalbard is notable for it's numerous research facilities. Unfortunately, an army of mercenaries has decided to commandeer one of these facilities for themselves, possibly to sell the research data or the expensive research equipment, however they forgot to take you into account when they launched their attack. Svalbard is also notable for having a lot of guns, and with those guns you will chase the mercs away.

Now get out there and kill as many mercs as you can.
