Traffic Circle W/Monorail Station

A traffic circle with a monorail station. 3 lanes for a proper X intersection.
Due to the fact it is using the mono rail station the DLC is required.

The square method (as mentioned in my subway link) is still the best way for perfected placement but you do not have to worry about snapping as much and because the walkway is underground having a flat area is not nessesarily important. Also you can make the walkway come out where ever you want there is some play in that area but for 360 access you do need to come up to level ground at every corner.

Combatibility issues: I dont have many mods to test them on and all assets should be from the base game or proper DLC so there shouldnt be many issues.
-If using the "move it" mod sometimes the road can get messed up as you move it and you will have to demolish it and create another.
-The traffic AI in the base game is stupid so I strongly suggest some sort of lane control mod with a set up as depicted in the subway link.
