[AB+] Friendly Spider

Description
Gives you a spider familiar that sits on the back of Isaac's head shooting projectiles.
Has chance to slow down enemies on hit.

Does work with BFFS! and Baby-Bender!

@FluffySeal2988 (God of Seals), not as of now, there wasn't a way to do that in AB+, but eventually when I kick myself to finally update this guy for REP, it should be possible.

@Mailuscha You can't use any mods with both dlc. Go buy them because why don't you have them at this time?
