Thalamus Enclosure 2.0

Description
A stealth submarine converted into a low upkeep submarine for starter captains. The name originated from the fact that a pack of these can surround an enemy fleet and enclose them to their doom. Except this one now has a mind of it's own.

there's thalamus enemies in the game, it's a sub that is controlled by a thing aboard. there is two separate version for player use, check out my workshop
