Able to transmute elements by touch, Element Lad is the last survivor of his race and a member of the Legion of Super-Heroes.

I initially thought to just give him an altered moveset of Firestorm though I've since made a whole new moveset based on various moves named after different elements like Waterwheel Drop and Fire Bombs and the like. Makes him a bit weird and unique since he's not based around some specific type of combat but just one gimmick of a wide array of moves but that's Legion of Superheroes for you...
