Description
For us 'Mericans who like things how they is, this mod simply replaces the name on Free Healthcare with Reformed Taxes. I wanted to make a Laissez-faire nation, but didn't want to have to give out healthcare to get the liberty points to do so, so I made this mod.

Exactly. I wanted to try to create a country that was actually a Laissez-Faire capitalist nation, because the government type existed and I though it would be interesting, but to do it on the earliest turn I had to give out free healthcare. I wanted to make a simple mod, so I did this.
