HRE in India

Description
A Strange/Silly Mod that moves the HRE from Germany/Italy to India. Complete with a Sikh Reformation, map changes, and even thought put into balance! Not historically accurate.

Highlights:
- HRE in India
- Upped development in Indian Major cities
- Upped CoT levels in most Major Indian cities
- Tibet is slightly less of a poor wasteland now
- Nerfed every major Indian Power
- And more!

It took around 12 hours to make this, so there's likely things missing that I might (never?) get around to doing:
- Make more OPMS?
- Jainism a "reformation" faith?
- Remove Starter Rulers with Muslim Names
- Create Rulers for Released nations
- Ensure all TAGS have unique ideas (?)
- Make sure Katmandu and Gorkha are Buddhist?
- Cede more of Sirhind to Kashmir? Or release Punjab?
- Move reconquest from Tibet to Upper India?
- flesh out sikh reformation
- Ensure Religious League works

What this mod DOESNT do:
- Put the HRE in America
- Put the HRE in China
- Put the HRE in --insert other location here--
- Make you dinner

Open to requests, but don't expect too much more than this.

This mod is unrelated to the 1356 Alpha which I lead, which you should totally look into.

suddenly come up with the idea to combine this with another mod that makes China Shogunate, and maybe find somewhere to put mandate of heaven

Mostly made it because a friend made a joke, and then I took said joke too far and literally spent two evenings making this because I could. Never expected anyone to actually seriously use this beyond a few sessions, since its a bit gimmicky and underdeveloped unforunately.

You should be able to add anything in India, Tibet, and Southeast Asia to the "HRE". Other regions are prevented from joining as of current.

hey love the mod! just one question, as emperor i cant seem to add provinces to the IndiaRE. is that intentional or am i missing something?

@TheLegalFeegle Thanks! When I get time between Class, work, and 1356 I intend to make a few more of these "HRE IN x" mods for the hell of it, no idea where the next one will be though.
