Faster Spacecraft

Spacecraft will fly faster if it have better engine, better oxidizer or more fuel.
There is an Option to config whether to apply the speed bonus to these Underway Rockets or not.
如果航天器具有更好的发动机，更好的氧化剂或更多的燃料，它将飞行得更快。

With this mod efficiency is calculated :

AverageOxidizerEfficiency = 1~1.33 depend on the type and amount of Oxidizer (1 if no Oxidizer )
EngineEfficiency = 1/3----HydrogenEngine
1/2----PetroleumEngine
2/3----SolidBooster
1-------SteamEngine
FuelEfficiency = 1 + Log( TotalMass / DryMass )

Trip-duration = Trip-duration * EngineEfficiency / ( FuelEfficiency * AverageOxidizerEfficiency )
