Love how you combined Toronto and Hamilton

That's so great about Union Station, had to smile at that. Sometimes starting a city from nothing is so daunting, that's why I like this map so much. It's like an introduction is already written and I'm here to finish the story. Even the issues we mentioned I see as part of the narrative. Excited to keep playing this one!

Yes, the railway in downtown was built for Union Station, it's my favorite:hardhat:

Thanks for your comments! I try to check my maps for mistakes, but usually because of the many roads, bridges and other things, I inevitably miss something but it is not something that can't be fixed. I always think that pre-built maps can inspire to rebuild, and make it your own vision.:hardhat:

I agree with BaenieSanders, it's a really cool inspiring map with some issues. Lightfooted's KC Union Station fits perfectly downtown...did you plan that? ;)

I love your semi-built cities. For me i enjoy detailing and having a map with strong bones really helps my enjoyment.

The Toronto influence is really noticeable, and done really well. Much like your Seattle inspired map. I love these 2:1ish scale maps, they're great for this game. I would LOVE for you to have a crack at vancouver. I had a crack for my first map, the false creek area is a really nice city centre but I'm not as skilled at building as you are

why the hole city is prebuilded?

Despite most of the pre-networked stuff being pretty good, the pre-laid Quays are an absolute disaster and there’s bad clipping at several rail junctions. Also water flow is *very* wonky to start out and the use of sloped canals, (especially for the Expressway parallel segment) while executed well, is difficult to retrofit without destroying the whole thing and drawing in your own river. Absolutely phenomenal bones of a map though, perfect for a Great Lakes City! Fantastic downtown waterfront expressway/rail yards area ready to go, interesting but very useable landscape (even if it could use some more cleaning up in parts).
