B.A.R.B.I.E. stands for Brutal Augmented Revolutionary Battalion of Inexorable Executioners. You are genetically engineered supersoldier female. United Cities have found some derelict genetics lab from before apocalypse, and started experimenting with creating super soldiers. You have escaped during training, they have underestimated your initiative, they did not think you would even know the concept of escape... But you have escaped before you received all the training, so your combat training is really basic... But your strength is "Astronomical"... Your head is shaved, its a standard military haircut. You can change your hairstyle at the plastic surgeon later on during the game... Running away from the United Cities... Your standing with The United Cities is -25... and you have a bounty of 2000cats on your head by the UC... While on the run you were looking for the most remote settlement out there and you came across The Hub... And this is where your journey begins, with pretty decent quality but low coverage clothes, 2 military food rations, and 2 basic first aid kits...

Limbs health is 150, strength and toughness are at 100 and dodge is at 50. Martial arts at 15 and athletics and swimming to 75 so that there is some more visible muscle definition from the start...
