Extra Jump Drives

Description
Took 2 very old abandoned mods and updated them to add two smaller variants of jump drives.
The TVSI Expeditor and the S Compact.

They are balanced by dividing them based on physical size.

Nah in keeping to the spirit of the games balance and most sci fi small ships cannot jump. Dock to a carrier or whatnot and jump with that.
